Online Meetings
Our club wants to remain connected, now more than ever! To that end we're going to try special online weekly meetings via the Zoom app. Our first meeting will be scheduled for Wednesday the 22nd at 12:00pm and will consist of a very short troubleshooting session to make sure everything is working. If we don't have any trouble we'll have our regular meetings at the same date & time online until the quarantine is over.
Zoom Etiquette
In order to make this a smooth event, we'll be relying on everyone to follow some simple guidelines:
Stay on Mute. Depending on the sensitivity of your microphone, ambient noises around you can be picked up and interrupt the main speaker. Unless you have a question or comment, please keep your account on mute.
Turn off camera. If you're experiencing choppy video, bad sound, or lag, try turning off your camera. You'll still be able to hear & see everyone, but your computer won't be tied up broadcasting.
